I am Karin Potrpin and I am a licenced professional tour leader. and tourist guide. I obtain licence as local tourist guide for Ljubljana, licence for National Museum of Slovenia in Ljubljana, licence as sommelier and tourist animator. I am a mom of one son with 8 years experience as designer, 10 years experience in various field of tourism and 12 years of guiding experience in custom group tours, private tours and cruises. I am adaptable, interesting and discreet. I am delighted to explain Slovenian customs & history through entertaining stories and colourful legends. I speak different languages as English, German,Italian, Serbian, Croatian, French and Spanish.
I love to travel and guide around Slovenia and around other coutries of the world and as such I do it for several years now. I work in close liaison with different tourist agencies . Years of our successful cooperation gave us an idea, that we can perfectly organize your next trip in accordance with your wishes and desires. I will gladly introduce local sights to all individual guests who organize their trip alone and they need experienced local guide on spot. My guiding experience I gain first as a licenced local tourist guide in our capital city , Ljubljana. I was born and raised here and I get my knowledge experience by studying in Ljubljana. I also obtain licence at Slovenian National Museum in Ljubljana and I will gladly guide you thrue the different historical path in museum exibiton areas as well as in open space in city. Every visit of Ljubljana reward you with something different. It is always worth to explore parts of Barok, Art-deco or Plečnik Ljubljana . You can visit Ljubljana by bike or by boat on Ljubljanica river . You can get more knowledge about local dishes . Trying great home made nectar juice or tastefully home made spirit. Around the World
Every since I remember I love to travel . At first my big travel was by visiting my grandma and grandpa with my parents. From this travel my family always made great stories. Then I travel with my family and my son enjoy a lot. Out of love to my family and to my friends, love to other people was born. I love to meet new people, I love to learn and I love to share my experience and knowledge. With meeting other people I gain social and knowledge proficiency and I want to learn more and more. During my travel I have visited lots of diferent coutries and I will be glad if you will find interest to join me . We can travel along Europe, Asia, Africa or elshewhere.
